Work

What we build, in one place: the systems and growth engines we design and run, and selected work from our team. Selected work is anonymized — no client names, no logos, no screenshots that identify anyone. What stays is the part that matters: the problem, what was built, and what changed. Design and marketing work is shown as finished pieces, with the client's permission.

What we build

Complete systems we design and build — shown with the modules, integrations, and decisions that make them work. If your project looks like one of these, most of the thinking is already done, and the wizard tells us which parts apply to you.

Systems we engineer

Unified Business Platform (ERP · CRM · HRM · SCM in one system)

For: a trading, distribution, or services company running its operations across Excel sheets, WhatsApp, and three disconnected tools.

Details

What we build: one platform where the company actually lives. Sales pipeline and customer records (CRM) feed orders and invoicing (ERP); inventory, purchasing, and supplier flows (SCM) update in real time; staff records, leave, and payroll inputs (HRM) sit in the same system with role-based access. One login, one database, one version of the truth — designed so each module can launch alone and the rest join without migration pain.

The decisions that matter: modular monolith first (microservices only when scale demands), event log for every business action (audits and disputes end instantly), approval chains configurable by the client, full Arabic/English with RTL-first screens, and dashboards management actually opens — numbers with drill-down, not charts for decoration.

Typically includes: custom admin panel · granular permissions · document generation (quotes, POs, payslips) · notification center (email/WhatsApp) · API for whatever comes next.

Multi-Vendor Marketplace with Logistics & Split Payments

For: a business connecting many sellers to many buyers — retail, wholesale, services, or niche verticals.

Details

What we build: the full three-sided machine: buyer apps (web + mobile) built for conversion; vendor portals where sellers manage catalog, stock, pricing, and orders without calling anyone; and an operations dashboard with total command of listings, commissions, payouts, and disputes. Payments are split at the source — the platform's commission and the vendor's share separate automatically, with settlement reports both sides trust. Logistics integrates from day one: shipping providers, delivery tracking, COD reconciliation for markets that live on it.

The decisions that matter: vendor onboarding as a product (approval flows, document checks), search that survives 100,000 SKUs, fraud and review controls before they're needed, and an architecture designed to scale from the first hundred users to millions without a rebuild.

Clinic & Healthcare Operations System

For: clinics, polyclinics, and healthcare groups drowning in paper files and phone-call scheduling.

Details

What we build: appointment scheduling patients actually use (web + WhatsApp reminders that cut no-shows), electronic medical records with strict role-based access, e-prescriptions, lab-result delivery, insurance claim tracking, and billing — wrapped in an admin view that shows utilization per doctor, per room, per hour. Designed from the first line for confidentiality: encryption at rest and in transit, full audit trails on every record access, and compliance-grade data handling (we build to GDPR/KVKK standards, and to HIPAA-grade patterns where required).

The decisions that matter: the doctor's screen is designed around a 4-minute consultation, not a database form; patient identity is unified across branches; and nothing about a patient leaves the system without a logged reason.

Booking & Hospitality Platform with CMS

For: hotels, venues, tourism operators, restaurants with reservations — any business selling time and capacity.

Details

What we build: real-time availability and booking (web + mobile) with deposits and cancellation policies enforced automatically, channel-safe rate management, a CMS the marketing team can run without a developer (pages, offers, seasonal campaigns in Arabic and English), and a back office covering capacity, pricing calendars, staff schedules, and daily revenue. Integrations: payment gateways, WhatsApp confirmations, accounting export, and review-platform monitoring.

The decisions that matter: overbooking is made structurally impossible rather than procedurally discouraged; every price change is logged; the content side and the booking side share one design system so the brand never breaks between "reading" and "buying".

Field Operations & Workforce Platform

For: companies with people on the move — maintenance, delivery, installation, inspections, facility management.

Details

What we build: a dispatcher's control room (live map, job assignment, SLA timers) paired with a field app that works offline and syncs when coverage returns: job details, checklists, photo proof, customer signatures, parts used. Customers get their own tracking link and rating prompt. Management gets the truth: first-time-fix rates, technician utilization, response-time distributions — computed from the actual jobs, not from reports typed at month-end.

The decisions that matter: offline-first architecture (the field is not a place with reliable internet), photos and signatures as evidence with timestamps and geotags, and payroll-grade time tracking that ends arguments.

Content & Commerce Engine (Headless CMS + Storefront)

For: brands whose site must be both a publication and a store — media-driven retail, D2C brands, education/courses.

Details

What we build: a headless CMS feeding a fast bilingual storefront: articles, videos, and product pages sharing one design system; carts, subscriptions, and digital delivery; SEO built into the skeleton (structured data, hreflang, performance budgets); and an editorial workflow with drafts, approvals, and scheduling. The marketing team publishes daily without touching code; the store converts without leaving the content experience.

The decisions that matter: performance as a feature (every 100ms is conversion), Arabic typography treated as a first-class design constraint, and analytics wired to answer "what content sells" — not just "what got clicks".

Growth engines we run

Brand & Product Launch System

For: a business or product going to market — new company, new offering, or a rebrand that has to land.

Details

What we run: a launch built as a system, not a burst of posts. Positioning and message architecture first (what you say, to whom, in which words — Arabic and English versions written for meaning, not translated); then the asset kit: launch content calendar, carousels, reels scripts, landing page; then a phased rollout — authority content before demand content — across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, each platform getting its native format. Every piece points at one measurable action, and the first 30 days end with a written read of what the market actually responded to.

The decisions that matter: the launch narrative is decided before any design is produced (assets argue one story, not ten); bilingual content is written twice, never translated once; and the calendar is paced for consistency the team can sustain — because a launch that goes quiet in week three reads as a company that went quiet.

Always-On Content Engine

For: a brand that knows it should publish consistently but produces content in guilty bursts followed by silence.

Details

What we run: a monthly production line: content pillars mapped to what buyers actually ask at each stage of deciding; a calendar that mixes authority pieces, product education, and proof; graphics, carousels, and short video produced in both languages against your brand system; scheduling, publishing, and community replies handled on a defined cadence; and a monthly report that reads performance against the funnel — which content pulled leads, not just which got likes.

The decisions that matter: volume is set to what sustains (a number we commit to in writing, per your plan tier); every post has a job in the funnel or it doesn't run; and the engine feeds the sales system — content CTAs land in the same intake the website uses, so marketing and pipeline are one machine.

Lead Generation Funnel (Ads → Landing → Nurture)

For: a business that wants a predictable stream of qualified enquiries, not applause.

Details

What we run: the full path a stranger travels to become a lead: paid campaigns (Google/Meta/TikTok) with targeting built from your actual buyer, not a demographic guess; dedicated landing pages designed for one action each, bilingual and fast; conversion tracking wired end to end (every unit of ad spend maps to enquiries, not impressions); and a nurture layer — email sequences and retargeting — that works the majority who don't convert on day one. Budgets stay yours, in your accounts; we manage, measure, and report against cost per qualified lead.

The decisions that matter: tracking is built before the first ad runs (unmeasured spend is donation); landing pages are separated from the main site so testing moves fast; and campaigns get a written kill-or-scale review on a fixed cadence — losers die quickly, winners get the budget.

Selected work

Platforms that had to stay up, stay compliant, and keep changing. Client identities are removed; the engineering is not.

Every blueprint adapts — modules come in and out, and the wizard scopes which version fits your business. Start your project and describe what you run; we'll tell you which of these you actually need, in writing.

Still deciding

Start the brief anyway. It takes about two minutes, every question has a "not sure" answer, and you will get a written reply within one business day telling you which of these fits — including the answer that none of them does and here is what we would do instead.
