The problem
A property transaction has at least three parties who need different things from the same data. Buyers search and compare. Sellers list and manage inquiries. Contractors bid on work attached to a property. Serving all three from one product means one data model that does not break when a new role is added — and a mobile experience equal to the web one, because most property browsing happens on a phone.
What was built
A marketplace covering buyers, sellers, and contractors, taken from first architecture sketch to production. The web platform and the mobile app share one backend and one database schema, designed before the first screen was drawn. The mobile side is a single Flutter codebase shipping to iOS and Android, so both platforms get the same features on the same day. Code review was the delivery discipline, not an afterthought.
The outcome
The group ran one platform instead of three disconnected tools, with a single source of truth for listings, inquiries, and contractor work. Architecture and delivery were owned end to end by one accountable engineer — from inception to production.
