Technical services

Design & Intelligence

Three services that decide whether the build was worth building. Design settles how the product behaves while changing it is still cheap. Automation takes a named, repetitive job off someone's desk — after an audit, never before. Technical SEO makes the site legible to search engines, which is the part we control; what people search for and what competitors publish is not.

UI/UX Design

Design is the blueprint, and it is the cheapest place to be wrong. A flow that fails in a clickable prototype costs a conversation; the same flow discovered after the build costs a rebuild. So we design for the task the user came to finish, test it before anyone writes code, and hand developers a file they can inspect rather than interpret.

What you get
  • User journey maps for the flows in scope, showing where people drop out today
  • High-fidelity screens designed against real content, not placeholder text
  • A clickable prototype you can put in front of a real user before the build starts
  • Figma files with inspection access, so a developer reads the specs and exports the assets directly
  • 2–3 rounds of major revisions per screen — a round is one consolidated set of feedback, not an open thread
What we need from you
  • Who the users are, and the one task each screen has to make easy
  • Brand files (logo, colours, fonts) if they exist
  • Real sample content: actual product names, actual field labels, actual worst-case text lengths
  • Access to the current product and its analytics, if this is a redesign
  • One person who consolidates everyone's feedback into a single round
Where it stops
  • Coding and implementation are not in the design scope — that is Product Engineering
  • Logo and brand identity are a separate offer; design here works from a brand, it does not create one
  • Illustration, icon sets beyond standard libraries, and photography are add-ons; photography is partner-arranged or supplied by you
  • Screen copy is written by you or bought as an add-on at build time
  • Revision rounds past the named count are a change order, priced before the work starts

AI & Automation

We build automations and AI agents that take one named, repetitive job off a person's desk — lead qualification, first-line support replies, document and OCR processing, routine test runs. The job is described end to end before anything is built, including where a human still approves. That is why a monthly plan starts with an AI & Systems Audit or a working pilot, never with a subscription. Automation built on a workflow nobody mapped is how these projects fail.

What you get
  • One pilot specified end to end before build: trigger, steps, systems touched, human review points, and what "working" means
  • The automations built from the audit's roadmap, running in your own accounts and tools
  • An AI agent in production where the work needs judgement, with its prompts and knowledge base kept current
  • Failure alerts, so a broken automation is caught by monitoring instead of by a customer
  • A monthly run report; from the Grow tier it counts hours saved, and Scale adds a model and API usage dashboard
  • Human-in-the-loop approval steps and an audit trail on the Scale tier
What we need from you
  • An AI & Systems Audit or a working pilot first — this is an entry requirement, not a formality
  • Credentials or API access for every system the workflow touches
  • Real examples from your own operation: actual tickets, actual documents, actual leads. The agent is tuned on your data, not on generic samples
  • A decision on what the agent is allowed to do on its own, and where a person signs off
  • One person who can approve that decision and answer questions about the process
Where it stops
  • The initial build is a one-time set-up scoped from the audit. The monthly plan runs and maintains it
  • New automations beyond your tier's count, or beyond the included change hours, are a change order
  • We cannot fix bugs inside your third-party software — we control the connection, not their product
  • If a vendor rebuilds its API, keeping up with it is a change order, not routine upkeep
  • AI model and API usage is billed to your own account. We report the usage; we do not resell it or mark it up
  • Data clean-up, migration, and staff licences for the tools in the design are your own cost
  • 24/7 alerting on the Scale tier is automated monitoring with escalation. Fix response is stated in business days — same business day on Scale

Technical SEO & Analytics

We make the site readable by search engines and measurable by you. That means structure, speed, metadata, schema, and tracking that records what you actually sell. We guarantee technical compliance and nothing else: page-1 rankings are explicitly out of scope, because content quality and competitor activity decide them and neither is ours to control. Anyone promising you a position is selling you a coin flip.

What you get
  • A technical baseline on every site we build: crawlable structure, metadata, schema markup, a speed pass, and mobile rendering checked
  • Sitemap, robots rules, canonical handling, and redirects wherever URLs move
  • Google Analytics 4 and Search Console configured, with goal and conversion tracking mapped to what the business earns from
  • A baseline performance report, so later changes are judged against a number instead of a feeling
  • Ongoing technical health on Care Plan Grow and Scale: a quarterly check of Core Web Vitals, crawl, and broken links — Scale adds monthly performance tuning
What we need from you
  • Access to the domain and DNS, the hosting, and any analytics property already running
  • Your priority pages, and what each one should get a visitor to do
  • The existing URL structure if you are migrating, so the redirect map is complete rather than mostly complete
  • The products or services that matter commercially, so tracking measures the right events
Where it stops
  • We guarantee technical compliance only. No guaranteed rankings, traffic, or leads
  • Keyword strategy, content writing, link building, and off-page work are the Marketing Retainer — a different service with a different rhythm
  • This is set-up and site health, not a monthly ranking service
  • On infrastructure we did not build and cannot access, we can report a problem but not fix it
  • Paid tool licences — rank trackers, third-party crawlers, log analysers — are billed to your own account
  • A technically clean site with thin content will not rank. We will say so before we start, not after

Where these are sold

UI/UX ships inside MVP Build, where the Discovery Sprint produces the prototype; design-only work for a team with its own developers is Custom Solutions. The technical SEO baseline is included in every Website & E-commerce build, and ongoing technical health lives in Care Plan Grow and Scale. AI and automation are sold as AI & Automation Ops — set-up plus a monthly run — and that route opens with an AI & Systems Audit, whose fee is credited in full against the work that follows within 60 days.
