Monthly plans — Launch, Grow, Scale
For the work that has no end date. Three tiers each, monthly and rolling, with the limits written as numbers rather than adjectives.
Grow is the tier most people need — it is where the business-critical capability starts, by design. Launch is deliberately limited: standardised delivery, one channel or property, business-hours support. It is not the same thing with less of it. Unused support hours roll over into the following month; content volumes do not. Changing tier takes effect the following month. Your own costs — ad spend, creator fees, platform subscriptions, AI model usage, hosting resources beyond the plan's allowance — are never inside the plan fee.
Care Plan
Attached by default at the end of every build, and sold on its own to businesses with an existing site.
Best fit: anyone whose website, store, or app is now part of how the business earns, and who has nobody watching it.
Outcome: the site stays up, stays patched, and stays backed up — and when something breaks there is somewhere to write and a known response time.

| Uptime target | best effort | best effort | 99.9% monthly target, reported |

The jump that matters: Launch keeps the lights on. Grow adds a staging environment, daily backups, and malware clean-up — the point at which you can safely change a site the business depends on. Scale is a managed service: response-time commitment, 24/7 automated escalation, and multiple properties.
Not included in any tier: new pages, new features, redesigns, or content changes beyond the included support hours; third-party licence and hosting resource costs; recovery from changes made by someone else with admin access; anything on infrastructure we did not build or cannot access. Uptime depends on your hosting provider's own availability — we monitor, report, and escalate; we do not control their network.
Add-ons: extra support-hours block, extra site, extra environment, out-of-hours emergency call-out, annual security review, content-update retainer.

Marketing Retainer
Channel strategy, management, optimisation, and reporting. The creative volume comes from Content & Creative — this plan runs the channels, it does not produce twenty designs a month.
Best fit: a business with something to sell and nobody running the channels that sell it.
Outcome: your channels get planned, published, measured, and adjusted every month — and you get one report that says what happened and what changes next.
Marketing Retainer| Marketing Retainer | Launch | Grow — most popular | Scale |
|---|
| Channels managed | 1 (Instagram, LinkedIn, or X) | up to 3 | up to 4 |
|---|
| Calendar, scheduling, publishing | up to 12 posts/month | up to 20 posts/month | up to 30 posts/month |
|---|
| Community management | 3× per week | daily, business days | daily, business days, with escalation rules |
|---|
| Paid ads management | — | up to 2 platforms (Google / Meta / TikTok): set-up, conversion tracking, monthly optimisation | up to 4 platforms, plus landing-page conversion tracking and audience testing |
|---|
| SEO | — | keyword plan and on-page optimisation of up to 5 pages/month | keyword plan, up to 10 pages/month, plus off-page and listings outreach |
|---|
| Email marketing | — | 2 campaigns/month | 2 campaigns/month, plus 3 automated sequences built and maintained |

|---|
| Reporting | monthly report, 1 call/month | biweekly report, 2 calls/month | weekly report, live dashboard, quarterly growth plan |
|---|
The jump that matters: Launch is organic, one channel, no ads. Grow starts paid ads and conversion tracking — the first tier that can actually buy demand and prove it. Scale adds off-page SEO, email automation, reputation monitoring, and creator coordination.
Ad spend is always your own cost, paid by you directly to Google, Meta, or TikTok on your own account. Same for creator fees and your email platform subscription. We never mark them up.
Not included: designing the posts and ad creative, writing blog articles, and video — that is Content & Creative, or you supply your own. Technical site fixes are Care Plan. Landing page development is Website & E-commerce. No guaranteed rankings, lead volume, or cost-per-result.
Add-ons: extra channel, extra ad platform, one-off creator campaign, landing page, market or competitor deep-dive, ad account audit.
Pairs with: Content & Creative at the same tier — the post volumes match on purpose, 12 / 20 / 30.

Content & Creative
Volume-based production. Sold alongside Marketing Retainer, or on its own to a client whose in-house team publishes but cannot produce.
Best fit: a brand that needs a steady, on-brand supply of visuals and video without hiring a designer.
Outcome: a predictable batch of ready-to-publish work every month, in your brand's look, sized correctly for every platform you post on.
Content & Creative| Content & Creative | Launch | Grow — most popular | Scale |
|---|
| Static graphics (social sizes) | 12/month | 20/month | 30/month |
|---|
| Captions | 12, 1 language | 20, Arabic and English | 30, Arabic and English |
|---|
| Video / motion | — | 3 finished minutes/month (reels and motion graphics, max 60 s per piece) | 6 finished minutes/month, of which up to 1 minute may be advanced motion or 3D |
|---|
| Blog articles | — | 1/month, up to 800 words | 4/month, up to 1,000 words each |
|---|
| Revision rounds | 1 per item | 2 per item | 2 per item |
|---|
| Delivery rhythm | 2 batches/month | weekly batches | weekly batches |
|---|
| Creative direction | brief-driven | brief-driven | 1 monthly campaign concept: theme, key visual, rollout plan |
|---|
| Source files | on request, per item | on request | included on request |
|---|
The jump that matters: Launch is static graphics in one language. Grow adds video and bilingual output — the two things that decide whether a Gulf brand's feed performs. Scale adds advanced motion and 3D, article volume, and a monthly campaign concept instead of one-off pieces.
"Finished minutes" means final runtime delivered, not editing time. Three 60-second reels is 3 minutes.
Not included: photography sessions and live-action filming — partner-arranged or client-supplied; we work from your footage, licensed stock, and motion or 3D. Also excluded: paid stock and music licences beyond standard libraries, actor or spokesperson casting, publishing and community management (that is Marketing Retainer), and raw project files by default.
Add-ons: extra graphics block, extra video minutes, extra language, presentation and pitch-deck design, print and packaging artwork, voice-over in an additional language, partner-arranged photo or video shoot.

AI & Automation Ops
Entry requirement: an AI & Systems Audit, or a working pilot. Nobody buys a monthly automation plan before the workflows have been mapped — that is how automation projects fail. There is also a one-time set-up (building the automations and agents from the audit's roadmap) before the monthly run below begins.
Best fit: a team that has seen the audit, agreed which manual work should stop, and now needs it built and kept running.
Outcome: the agreed manual work happens by itself, is monitored, and gets fixed the same week it breaks — with a monthly count of hours saved.
AI & Automation Ops| AI & Automation Ops | Launch | Grow — most popular | Scale |
|---|
| Live automations maintained | up to 3 | up to 8 | up to 15 |
|---|
| AI agents in production (support, lead qualification, document processing) | — | 1, including prompt and knowledge-base upkeep | up to 3 |
|---|
| Connected systems | 1 platform | up to 3 | unlimited within the agreed scope |
|---|
| Monitoring | failure alerts | failure alerts, weekly review | failure alerts, 24/7 automated alerting, weekly review |
|---|
| Human-in-the-loop review workflow | — | — | ✓ approval steps and audit trail |
|---|
| Change hours included | 2 h/month | 6 h/month | 15 h/month |
|---|
| Fix response (broken automation) | 2 business days | next business day | same business day |
|---|
| Reporting | monthly run report | monthly optimisation report with hours saved | monthly report, model and API usage/cost dashboard, quarterly roadmap session |
|---|
The jump that matters: Launch keeps the plumbing running. Grow puts an AI agent into production and maintains its knowledge base — the tier where a job actually comes off a person's desk. Scale adds multiple agents, the response-time commitment, human review controls, and cost governance.
AI model and API usage costs are your own, billed to your own account, the same way ad spend is. We monitor and report usage. We do not resell it.
On third-party change: vendors change their APIs without notice. The included change hours cover keeping connections alive; a vendor rebuilding its API is a change order.
Not included: the initial build (that is the one-time set-up, scoped from the audit), new automations beyond the tier count or the included change hours, fixing bugs inside your third-party software (we control the connection, not their product), data clean-up and migration, and staff licences.
Add-ons: extra automation slot, extra agent, extra change-hours block, custom dashboard, staff training session, quarterly process review.
