Two halves. The first builds the thing; the second gets people to it. Most agencies do one and outsource the other, which is why the site is fast and the ads are wrong, or the campaign is beautiful and the checkout breaks. Below is the full list, grouped the way we actually deliver it — and each service page states what it does not include, because that is the sentence that prevents the argument later.
The build itself: the products your customers use and the systems your staff work in. Scope is written and signed before anyone opens an editor, and the architecture is chosen for the growth stage you describe, not the demo. At handover you get the source code, the documentation, and the deployment.
Custom Web & Mobile Apps — one codebase serving web, iOS, and Android, built for how your business actually works.
E-commerce & Marketplaces — your own store, or a full platform with vendors, commissions, split payments, and B2B pricing.
Digital Transformation — one internal system that replaces the paper forms, the WhatsApp approvals, and the shared spreadsheet.
System Integrations — bridges between your CRM, ERP, payment gateway, shipping provider, and older databases, so data stops being typed twice.
The layer that decides whether the software is worth using and whether anyone can find it. Interfaces are prototyped and tested before the expensive part starts, automation is mapped before it is built, and the technical search foundation is installed while the site is being made rather than repaired a year later.
UI/UX Design — user flows, high-fidelity screens, and a clickable prototype that settles arguments before code costs money.
AI & Automation — automations and AI agents that take defined, repetitive work off a person's desk, with human review where it matters.
Technical SEO & Analytics — site structure, speed, schema, and GA4/Search Console set up so your traffic is readable and your pages are crawlable.
Where your product lives and how new versions of it get there. We size the environment for the traffic you expect and the bill you can live with, then automate the release path so shipping a change is routine instead of an event.
Cloud Architecture — a configured environment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud: compute, managed databases, serverless functions, and networking.
DevOps & CI/CD — automated pipelines, infrastructure as code, containers, and separate dev/staging/production environments with a rollback path.
Hosting & Security — domain, DNS, SSL, DDoS protection, and firewall rules, with monitoring that tells you before your customers do.
The part most quotes quietly skip. We try to break the software before your users find the way, and once it is live somebody keeps it patched, backed up, and watched. Every build ends with a 30-day warranty on delivered scope, and a Care Plan takes over from there if you want one.
QA & Testing — structured testing with a written quality report and a documented bug-fix cycle before release.
Maintenance — updates, backups, uptime monitoring, malware scanning, and a known response time when something breaks.
What your business looks like, in files anyone can use. Identity first, because every graphic, ad, and video afterwards is built on it — then the steady supply of visuals and video that a brand needs in order to keep publishing. Photography and live-action filming are partner-arranged or client-supplied; we say so rather than implying a camera crew.
Brand Identity & Logo Design — logo, palette, typography, and a one-page usage sheet you can hand to any designer or printer without them guessing.
Graphic Design & Social Creatives — on-brand posts, ad creatives, and banners, sized per platform and readable on a phone.
Video & Motion Graphics — scripted, edited, publish-ready video: social reels, motion explainers, and advanced motion or 3D where the story needs it.
The words that carry everything else. Blog articles, ad copy, landing pages, and captions — written in Arabic and English by people who write in both, with one tone across every channel. We do not invent statistics, quotes, or claims; anything that needs a specific figure comes from you or gets flagged as unverified.
Content & Copywriting — articles, ad and landing-page copy, and social captions in Arabic, English, and where needed Turkish.
The channels, run properly and measured honestly. Planned, published, optimised, and reported every month — organic and paid, plus the two channels you actually own: your email list and your search visibility. Ad spend and platform subscriptions are billed to your own accounts, and we never mark them up.
Social Media Management — content calendar, scheduling, publishing, and replies to comments and messages, with a monthly performance report.
Paid Advertising / PPC — campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok built around one goal, with conversion tracking and continuous optimisation.
Email Marketing & Automation — newsletters, promotions, and behaviour-triggered sequences on a list that is yours and permission-based.
SEO (content, keyword, off-page) — keyword research, on-page optimisation, and off-page signals. Different service from Technical SEO; both matter, and one without the other underperforms.
What other people say about you, watched and answered. Creator partnerships give you credibility your own ad cannot buy, and review monitoring means a public complaint gets a considered reply instead of two weeks of silence. Creator fees are paid by you, directly, and final approval of any creator is yours.
Influencer Marketing & Online Reputation Management — creator shortlisting, outreach and campaign coordination, plus review and mention monitoring with a logged response process.
Most people arrive with a symptom, not a service name. Describe the problem in the brief and we will tell you which of these applies — or that none of them does. If the answer is genuinely unclear, the honest first step is a paid audit that ends with a ranked plan, and its fee is credited against whatever you start within 60 days.
