Privacy

This page says what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. It is short because we collect very little.

Privacy — what we collect, and why

What we collect

Only two things. First, whatever you type into the project brief or send to us by email or WhatsApp: your name, your email address or phone number if you give one, and your answers about the work you want. Second, anonymous usage figures — which pages get opened and roughly where in the world from — which carry no name and are not linked back to you.

Why we ask for it

To answer you. The brief's questions exist so the first reply is a real answer instead of a request for the same details again. Nothing you send is used to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details stay with us for as long as it takes to answer them and to keep our own records straight — a project we quoted, a client we worked with — and then they are deleted. If the conversation goes nowhere, there is nothing worth keeping.

Who else sees it

The people at Exana who need to answer you, and the services that carry the message: our email provider, and Telegram, which is where a new brief lands as an internal alert. Those services see the brief because they transmit it. Nobody buys it from us, because we do not sell it.

Your say over it

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will delete it, and confirm when it is gone. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not need a lawyer to ask.

Asking

Email hello@exanadigital.com. One person reads that inbox and it is not a ticket queue.

This page is kept current with what the site actually does. If the brief starts asking for something new, this page says so before it does.
